The half second between seeing her and moving is my whole job. I've coached guys through it live since January 2003, before YouTube existed: 23 years in the field, thousands of guys coached in person. Here's what that looks like: 3 nights in real venues, I go first, then you go while I stand 3 feet away and catch the exact beat your body bails and correct it while the pressure is still on. It works because the freeze runs on the nervous system, and a nervous system changes through reps under pressure, not information. Guys who froze for years leave starting conversations on their own. Plenty of coaches can sell you theory. I was in the field before this was an industry, and I've been evolving the process there ever since.
One correction, live, under pressure, is worth more than a hundred nights out with your boys.
Hear from guys who showed up scared and left changed. Their words, not mine.
This is a bootcamp. Not a course. Not a coaching call. Not another video you watch and nod at.
One clean rep doesn't rewire anything. So we do it again. And again. Until your nervous system fires a different default response.
Not everyone. On purpose.
This is application-based because I'm protecting the group, the standard, and ultimately your experience.

You schedule a short assessment call with a member of my team. We look at where you are, what patterns are running, and whether this is actually the right move. If it's a fit, we'll lay out the next steps. If not, we tell you fast.
Morning debrief, calibration, clear focus for the day. Then real environments - you run reps and get feedback between sets from me and my coaching team. Later we move into social venues under higher pressure and faster timing. Full immersion, all day.
Small groups on purpose, so you're working live with me and my assistants between sets, all night. It's not an audience watching a stage.
Very. This is not a vacation. You will be pushed outside your comfort zone repeatedly. That is the point. Growth happens at the edge and I take you there with support and structure.
Good. Most guys do. Anxiety is not a disqualifier, it just means I start where you are. The coaching is calibrated to your nervous system so you build real confidence, not fake bravado.
Most of my guys have. Courses, content, coaching, theory. The reason it did not stick is because information does not retrain your nervous system. Reps in real environments do. That is what I do differently.
None of us are ever ready. We just decide it's time to try something different. The anxiety that's running you doesn't leave on its own. Breaking free is a matter of facing it head on, not running away.
Bootcamps run all over. New cities get added all the time. We figure out the right city and date for you on the assessment call.
It depends on the program, and we tell you the number on the assessment call once we know where you're starting from. If bootcamp isn't the right move for you, we say so on the call and point you at something that is.
You don't go home and hope it holds. We build a plan with you - what to keep drilling and where to put the reps next - so the progress continues after the three nights.
